As a leasing agent, I know what a management team is responsible for and this management team takes no responsibility whatsoever. As it is, there is 1 spot per unit, but SPERRY VAN NESS who just took over, gives out two passes per unit, leaving more than half our residents stuck in guest parking with no lights and high crime. Recently a car was set on fire and management did NOTHING. My car was broken into, had items stolen from it amounting over $5000 plus repairs. This happened FOUR times and they dont have garages available for me to secure my vehicle. They seem to let ANY criminal live here. and instead os trying to fix the problem or show sympathy, they tow my car after the wheels got stolen. what a great place right?
(not to mention the $200 rent increase after only FIVE months!)
