I have lived at Ravine for a long time now and all I can say is that they people writing the bad reviews must be causing the problems. No, this is not a brand new community, but the people who work here care about keeping it up and taking care of maintenance whenever I need it. When I moved in, I had a few things on my list but maintenance came right in and got them fixed the way I wanted. There is always a human on call even in the middle of the night if there is a problem, and yeah, if someone is breaking the rules, they get thrown out. Anyone who lives here should feel good that management takes good care of the people who pay their rent, take care of their place, and act respectful when they need something. I am happy that the rest have to go.
I have referred many people to live here. I get a bonus from the office and they always give me a nice deal to renew my lease. The price is good and the location is real convenient. I plan on staying a while.
