Review for Water's Edge Apartments

I have only lived here for about 2 months but so far I am very happy with my apartment. I was scheduled to move across the street into Bexley Woods, but I was not shown my actual apartment until move in day with all of my stuff loaded in a truck. The apartment was horrible, filthy, smelly and had horrible carpet. The reason I picked Bexley Woods was the low price, BAD IDEA!! I went across the street to Water's Edge and they showed me a few units that were available. I put a deposit down on my apartment and they approved me while I was out grabing lunch and I moved in that day. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help me out. I have spoke to several of my neighbors and they all love it here, I'm sure I will to.
