I will say this--the landscaping guy does a good job, but the apartments themselves suck.
One of our walls completely molded through and it took forever to get it fixed. One of our crazy ass neighbors locked his girlfriend in the house during the day from the outside and only heaven knows what happened when you heard all the screaming. There's a nosey lady around the corner who's constantly in your business, and aside from a few scarce -nice- folk, it seems that everyone else is either a hooker, drug dealer, or someone who's too afraid to leave their house for fear that they'll get mugged.
