The rent is dirt cheap, so you get what you pay for! I was living there with my husband, but if I was alone...no I wouldn't. Neighborhood is a little iffy in my opinion! You can hear your neighbors, because the walls are thin, but for the price...hey! Maintenance always came out for me quicker if you called the office direct. When I moved out I got a bill for $230 for the carpet. I thought that was a bit much since I was there 4 years. Come to find out previous tenants have said the same thing...they had received a bill for the carpet too!

The apartment itself was not that bad it was the maintence people who baker had running it..they were lazy..when i moved in i told them their was a greese stain on my carpet they told me to clean my self...so i was charged for it when i moved out..are air cond broke took them three weeks to fix this was in the summer...our hot water only lasted for like 10 min at ther most...all they did was come down and turn up hot water tank higher then it should...i mean for 395 a month it was not bad..the neighbors were very nice and kept to theirselves...i would only sya this would be a good starter apartment..
