Apartment Review for Bent Tree Apartments

This community used to be very pleasant until it was sold and bought by a new management company. I have lived here for 2 years and I have watched the property decline dramatically. It's a large community with 1 maintenance man and few staff workers who operate on their own hours with no regards to the residents. I would not rent here again. Service is very important, and they are not service oriented. It might not seem like that's enough to make you choose another community, but it's better for you to know now, then after you are stuck there with a problem. <P>
