Apartment Reviews for Bent Tree Apartments - Columbus

I have never lived here!!!

I have been reading reviews and i understand some people have bad experiences. But this is a really nice place to live. I have never had a problem with maintance fixing anything, in fact, i have only called them a few times in the 2 years i have lived here. The location is great. The ladies in the office always wave when i see them on the property and they even call me by name when i get my packages. There are some improvements i would love to see around here as far paint on the buildings and carports but for the overall its a great place to be! <P>

Although i have had some problems in my apartment for the most part I really enjoy living here. When the new company first took over I didn't see much improvement but they fianlly seem to have gotten a good staff that knows what they are doing and actually cares about the people that live here. I had no problem signing another year lease except I have to pay water now and there is no grace period for late payment but for the great area and overall community it is worth it. <P>

I love the attentiveness of the people who work here. I feel like all of my concerns are addressed in speedy time. I also feel the quality of my apartment is very high. From the fixtures to the carpet to the maintenence of the entire property. The pool is also very, very nice. <P>

noisy! a daycare was being run beneath me on the first floor and i was miserable! the apt. would rattle and thump continuously! make sure your apartment is quiet if you choose to move in. the staff was very nice, but ignored the noise complaints. when there is a snow storm, people would park in the carport i was paying for.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bent Tree Apartments. It is close to just about everything you could ever want or need. The office staff was courteous and helpful and service requests were responded to promptly. Overall the experience has been positive.
