Apartment Reviews for Carnaby Village Apartments - Columbus

From the moment I met the office staff, I knew I wanted to live at Carnaby Village. The townhomes are in great shape and you get a ton of room for the price you pay. The maintenance staff has been quick to respond to any issues I have even after hours. The Office staff is FABULOUS!!!! I would recommend these townhomes to anyone looking for a lot of room for not a lot of money. I have nothing but great things to say about this community.

I have been a resident of Carnaby Village for a number of years. I personally want to thank the staff of Carnaby Village for their efforts in keeping our community a wonderful,safe enviroment for families and showing the residents you really care. I travel quite a bit and have never felt more relaxed leaving my residence unoccupied until I moved into this community. Recently while away I experienced the misfourtune of children playing to close to my unit which resulted in a broken window. The neighbors of Carnaby Village were Johnnie on the spot in reporting the incident to the rental office. The Staff and maintenance crew were exceptional and repaired my window within a few hours. Not only was the window repaired, but the maintenance crew entered my unit left a note explaining the mishap and cleaned the glass fragements from the carpet. Thank you Carnaby for the peace and comfort. I love this place!

I have lived here for 10 months now and the only real issue has been the parking or lack there of. The office and maintance staff are very freindly I have not had any problems with them. The residents are quiet and friendly. Parking not is not the greatest as is barely enough spaces for the residences let alone a guest. The office is trying to remedy the problem with parking passes and enforcing towing starting in october. Aside from the lack of parking this is a pretty nice place to stay.
