Apartment Reviews for Easton Commons - Columbus

I moved in six months ago. The location is perfect, close to downtown and anything you want is across the street. The office staff is friendly and professional and has handled any maintenance issues in a timely manner. I had a few requests before moving in and they were all met. Is there some noise? A little yes. This is an apartment complex, it's to be expected. Buy a house if you cant handle it.

I moved in just over 5 months ago and have had an amazing experience so far. The staff has always treated me with respect and have consistently gone out of their way to help with anything they could. The one time I needed something fixed maintenance responded within a few hours and were very helpful. The apartments are beautiful, I have huge crown moldings and big windows with tons of light, which is important to me. The location is amazing. I have never felt unsafe and don't understand the comments on crime. I've lived in Columbus for the past 8 years and spent most of that time in Dublin and the past 2 years downtown. I can truly say this is the best place I have lived so far. Dublin is fine if your content living so far away from everything and want to be a slave to your car. Downtown is fine if your willing to pay through the nose to live around a bunch of people who party constantly. Easton has been the best of both worlds to me so far. Urban "suburban", walkable, plenty of shopping, bars, and resaurants, nice hotels nearby for out of town guests, easy access to anywhere. I recommend this place to anyone I can.

I just love it here! I am so surprised to see what people are writting as I have never been so happy with an apartment complex before. I think it is VERY quiet, the maintence staff is incrediable, and of course you couldn't ask more for the location. I have been here for almost a year now and will most definetely be staying longer!

Easton Commons by far has been the best apartment living experience.The location has been so convenient to anywhere I need to be around the city. It's stlye is so attractive and my friends and family love to visit! The office staff has been so great to me right from the get go. I have to admit I like going in at rent time just to get a smile and laugh for the day. If you are looking for a great location, superb customer service, and a peaceful retreat, this is it. Also- the new salon and spa is very nice! Tenant from 2006-2007. <P>

I am a current resident at Easton Commons and I am wondering if people have the right place when writing their reviews. I absolutley love it here! Everytime I go into the leasing office I am treated with the utmost respect and friendliness. The office staff is extremely professional and always made me feel at home! As far as maintenance, anytime I had a service that needed done, they were very quick to take care of it. They also followed up after to make sure I was satisfied. And if you are concerned about paying a higher rent here, you get what you pay for. It is a no brainer. If you are looking for an awesome floor plan with great service and location. Easton Commons is worth it. <P>

Too much money for a young person/couple. Old folks only. Dog poop everywhere-people have large mongrels in house. It's a real hike from the garage to the third floor. The management company fired all the personable employees everyone liked. The management company got rid of the great company that was doing our grass, and replaced with a bunch of Mexicans. It is extremely quiet, like a funeral home. Think you are going to move here to meet people or better your career opportunities-you will be wasting your time and money. <P>

Totally agreed, at Easton you are nothing more than a rent check. Rental office people are often rude, many times inept. But it didn't used to be that way at all.

My floor plan SUCKS! I have doors that when both opened hit each other and drawers that can't open with out being stopped by nobs of other drawers. My closet doors keep falling off. I'm also paying out the nose for it. But on the up side, I have a first floor apartment with a beautiful view.

Easton used to be the BEST place, but thanks to some poor staff in the rental office the place is plummeting.
I'll be moving when my lease is up.
