The good and the bad!

I would agree that the staff is good at getting into the apartment complex and very helpful throughout the process. The maintenance crew I never had a issue with. I saw them on there day off in 20 degree weather change out a water heater that was leaking into my walls above me. There are a lot of families with children that live there so in some parts of the complex it can be loud after school lets out. The area is nice and why I moved there and these families do the same for the New Albany school district.
The cons are after your locked in the front office service does go downhill. I was friends with on of the staff and because of myself living there and the GM being over the top our friendship ended and even after I moved to another complex. Every time going in to turn in my rent check there was tension and a awkwardness in the front office. Because of my friendship with the friend in the office I knew about everything and the in fighting that went on there. They have leadership issues and that translate to how they treat their residents which I have to say is not well after the have you sign the bottom line. There are issues of the pets and dog poop is a problem that they will give warnings for but not follow thru on. I got a warning that was un-provable about my dog but I walked my dog off the property so it was dumb. They will just take a persons word for it and never prove to you that there is evidence for threatening to evict you.
To sum it up the apartment it self was good as well as the maintenance staff. The trash compacter does break often and over flows and is gross. The kids can be loud and there are a lot of pets, so if that isn't your thing live some where else. If you do decide to live there sign you lease and the only time you will want to go back in that office because of the unprofessionalism is to drop of your rent check and thank who ever you believe in you didn't have to deal with the office on that day.
