Apartment Review for Estates At New Albany

My wife and I had the unfortunate opportunity to live in this mess of a complex. While it is dog friendly...they don't enforce any type of clean up policy...and the place is littered with dog waste. In addition, there are no groundskeepers to pick up litter...plastic cups, empty bottles, grocery bags...you get the idea. The apartment itself wasn't built well...our bathroom doors wouldn't close properly...there were cracks in the walls that they wouldn't repair and we could hear every dog's bark, every child's scream, and every car radio. Unfortunately, the office is nonresponsive unless they are making a sale. Not only are they nonresponsive...they are ineffective and will basically tell you whatever they need to get you off the phone. Many promises were made...and only one was kept...we did get a call back concerning the cost of breaking our lease. I would in no way, shape, or form recommend this property to anyone...the list of issues we encountered over the course of our lease are far too numerous to list here... <P>
