Apartment Review for Fountain Place

I lived at Fountain Place for two years, and I would not recommend it at all. Parking is just one of the big problems. Often I would arrive home to not being able to find a parking spot - ANYWHERE. I would park at another neighboring complex, which is absolutely ridiculous. There's nothing like having to walk in 5 degree weather to enter your apartment. There was a time when I had someone over helping me with my car, when we went inside for 5 minutes to get a drink of water and the jumper cables, when we walked back outside the friends car was towed. When I called to explain to the management, nothing was done. Someone was helping me out, and was punished by being towed. The time of day that this happened was early afternoon, so there weren't many cars around - not the time when parking is a problem.

The noise level is pretty bad, you can hear everything. You can even hear your neighbor's toilet flush. Music is blasted at all hours, and we even had someone parking their motorcycle in the breezeway. The noise the bike would make when started at 11:30PM would about send a person over the edge.

There is trash everywhere, cigarette butts, broken beer bottles, fast food bags, etc. I would complain to management, but nothing was ever done.

Another complaint would be that the hours of opperation were finally posted on the doors, yet they would be closed all day on Saturday, and just radomly with no note or explination in the office. The staff would BS, but nothing would ever get done.

I wouldn't recommend this complex to anyone I know.
