This review is in regards to the Kohr Royer Griffiths agency, rather than my individual unit as they manage many units throughout Columbus. I have had an unusually good experience as their tennant. All concerns were resolved promptly and I was even cut a $100 check for inconveince with a plumbing issue. Can't say the same about any other agency in the area! They are respectful of my privavy, rent is reasonable and they didn't raise it when I renewed my lease. My apartment is dated and I won't be staying another year...but I'll be staying with KRG.
