DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I moved in 14 mos ago, had to pay someone to come in to clean my apartment, fix the fireplace so that I could use it, repair the windows that wouldn't open and others that wouldn't lock, fix the lock on the front door, lock down mold in bathroom, and lock down mold in basement because maintenance refused to do the work. My refrigerator has broken down on me 3x for which the 2nd time the mainenance man came into the apt and broke my Great Grandmothers serving dish that was over 60 years old and tried to hide the broken dish by placing it in the outside garbage can. The property manager could have cared less, it is the conscensus of 8 tenants that she has issues with African American females; 2 women actually send their husbands to the office to get things done due to the way she speaks to them. I called the emergency line last night, left message because a broken refrigerator is not considered an emergency even though you will have no food come morning, the maintenance supv said they didn't get a call, while the answering service said they left the message at 7:55am, they disregarded the message. Oh, they don't like me so I don't receive the same treatment as those who make them feel special. I'm tired of calling the City of Columbus Code Enforcement, and they're tired of coming out here according to one employee who stated that he's always being called to this complex.

AGAIN, DO NOT MOVE HERE!! They may have excellent move-in promotions, but you get what you pay for!
