This is a safe complex, the amenities are endless, and the location could not be more ideal. Quiet (can get a little loud outside during/after OSU games :-) ) and secluded, walking distance to shopping, one minute from 270 and 315, maintenance staff is stellar, front office staff is as well, upgrades are beautiful, and each year I renew, my rent only goes up about $10 but I do get a substantial amount off of next month's rent as a renewal bonus. This is HOME!
Not as bad as the last few reviews...

I have not had any major problems or issues while I have lived here. I thought I would comment that because it seems this site is just used to say all the negative things.
I have been pleased with my stay here, and have lived in other apartments in the area. I don't hear neighbors, I rent covered parking so that I know i always have close parking it's only $15 bucks a month, I have not had any major maintenance problems, and the staff has been friendly I suppose, I don't go up to the club house much, but the times I have its been fine. I think if your going to live in an apartment you have to expect some issues to arise, if you don't like it then move out, whatever...thats what i have done in the past. I know some of my neighbors as well and they have also been here awhile, so not EVERYONE has problems or issues i am sure.

Overall: We have been happy here. Location is great. We feel safe here as well and there is lots of storage space.

We have had a few issues, however they addressed them as best they could and they are resolved, I must also add the issue was caused by a tenant, and not their doing.

Parking: Normally there are no issues, sometimes on weekends at night it can be hard to find a (non reserved parking spot) but honestly it does not concern me that much. We did park under (un-reserved reserved parking for a few hours when the news reported that there was going to be hail. and received warnings from the towing company. personally i was irritated, that they chose this time to go out and look for incorrectly parked vehicles, but a warning was an unexpected positive thing in Columbus ) Noise: we are on top floor, we really do not hear the neighbors but understand the people below us can hear our feet at night, when we are on our lower level. Grounds: Grounds are nice, they meet expectation. However not resort like. Safety: Very safe, we have heard 1 or 2 people have gotten their cars broken into but i would still place it much higher than normal safety for Columbus. Construction: non issue Maintenance: more than likely better than what your used to, attentive but sometimes they need to come back, however response time is quick. Staff:Nice, not much else i can think to say here. Overall: i would say its hard to get much better without spending a bit more money. we like the area and will likely consider re-leasing as long as they do not try to rise rates or anything.

Hopefully this can help you out, i remember looking them over as i looked for apartments.

I think most people who write a review are the ones that are unhappy--one doesn't think to do it if it wasn't a bad experience. I lived there from June 03-June 06. It really wasn't bad. It is older and we did require some maintenance, but most things were fixed quickly and correctly, with the exception of a kitchen drawer that came off track. The office people were nice and knew us by name. The pool was good for laying out. The tanning bed was good enough, considering it was free. When we moved in we had new carpet and freshly painted walls. They cleaned the carpet every year for free when we resigned the lease. The rent did increase slightly one year, and I believe it increased as I moved out. Our first 2 months of rent were free when we moved, and our security deposit was only $100, which are incredible deals. I never heard anyone who lived downstairs unless they were on their patio and the windows were open. I had a problem with a couple that moved in during my last year. They had a thing for having sex on their balcony which was right beside my bedroom. They actually had pulled their mattress outside and slept on the balcony the entire summer. That wasn't cool, but it was my fault for not reporting this to the office. I never had any incidents with crime, nor did I hear of any. I'm not at all unhappy with the apt., though I'm sure they are needing renovations by now.

I have lived at Meadowview apartments from May 2006-November 2007, and it has been an up and down experience. Some of the items in the home, such as the stove is old and doesn't work very well. The repair men have been wonderful, come everytime I need them and are very helpful. The pool needs to be clean, and their fitness center only consists of 3 pieces of equipments, and the last time I was at the pool (indoor) the heater was broken. However, I did get an eviction notice on my door, which was meant for my neighbor, and I never got the signed lease that they insisted they gave me twice; my neighbor probably got that. Overall, it's been a decent experience, and I may recommend to a friend.

I have been renting a furnished unit here for the last year (3/05-3/06). When I did some research in the Columbus market before commiting to Meadow View, I found that very few of the apartment complexes that say they "have furnished units" do, in fact, have them sitting ready for occupancy. Meadow View staff worked effectively to get me set up at a price that was reasonable for what I got: furniture, cable modem connection, local phone, microwave, linens, pots/pans, etc. I commute weekly to/from home, so I am only in the unit 4 days a week. The units are not new, but they are clean. Maintenance was attentive. I had one maintenance problem that was not fixed promptly and management discounted the rate for the month in which it happened. I presume I am paying the highest, or nearly highest, rate in the complex, so I suppose that may cause me to get better service than the majority of tenants, but my point in leaving this review was to notify business people who are looking for temporary quarters, that this property staff has treated me well.

First off, that one review below complaining that it's the worst apartment in the Dublin area is ridiculous. I actually think my one pain in the *** former neighbor wrote that. Maybe he had so many problems because he's a shady dude. The apartments are older, but I think if you look at the models, you'll see that. The model looked exactly like my one bedroom, and I like it. I personally have never had any safety concerns or maintenance issues. I think one ****** off guy made this place look bad. My girlfriend and I really like it here.

The place is great for roomates- each has their own bathroom and not too many places provide free washer/dryer, and the pools are nice. Very quiet- hard to hear downstairs noise from third floor. I just wish I wouldn't have to call maintenance so often and they would do more upkeep work. Paint is peeling and carpet is very worn. Its more of a 'fix it yourself' type of mentality.

I've lived in a one-bedroom at Meadow View for almost one year and I'm extremely happy with my apartment and management. All service issues have been addressed and fixed within one day. Management is very nice and not pushy - especially when you first show interest in renting with them. Also, there's a number of ammenities for renters: free use of vacuum and cleaning supplies; they'll pick up your mail while you're on vacation; they hold all mail packages for one week; free tanning, etc.
