Apartment Reviews for Mercer Square - Columbus

My wife and I like it here. Allnew appliances. Open area. Patio too small. Great ativities. Great exercise facility. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Nothing more to say than to agree with whatever the problems mentioned by other reviewers. Its true that, most of the tenants are not happy with the apartments. Whereever you search for this apartment reviews. Either you will hear that the apartments are WORST or reviews saying apartments are FANTASTIC and then mentioning about the staff, maintenanace, club house, community events, free beer. who need this when you don't provide plesant place to live, even though charging over $1000 + 250 electricity + $35 water???

I have lived at Mercer Square for 10 months and I am extremely happy here. The office staff is the most professional and courteous I have ever experienced. I have lived in apartments for over 10 years and and no one compares to these girls! The manager, Tammy is very knowledgeable and caring. She goes above and beyond helping everyone in anyway that she can. I probably would not have rented if she was not there. My apartment is the best I have every lived in. The clubhouse is great, they have FREE beer! The girls in the office have social events for the residents a few times a month and they make it feel like a real family and relaxing and fun party. I love it here and would recommend it to anyone who wants a quality place to live.

I moved here in November of 2008 and I love it! They are brand new and very spacious. The office staff is extemely professional and knowledgable. They have assited me in every respect to relocation. From helping with a washer/dryer, cable set up, directions and help with forwarding my mail. They have activities for the residents every month that encompasses something for everyone. I love the fitness center and the business center. I also have used the ATM that they have on the property several times. I receive alot of packages and the office staff has called me and asked permission to enter my home to take them there for me because they knew I worked long hours and could not get home in time to pick them up. The girls in the office are amazing! The maintenance staff is very courteous and timely. Everytime I have called in a work order it was done the very same day and done correctly.
If you are looking for a new apartment I would highly recommend Mercer Square. It is a great place to live!!!
