Apartment Review for Noble Park

I have been here 2 years and look forward to another! Its clean, quiet and well maintained. I rarely have a service issue, but when I do its handled promptly and professionally. Theres crime from time to time, but its not the complex tenants but rather outsiders coming in. Cant be prevented, happens everywhere. I recommend this to anyone who needs to live in an apartment. You cant go wrong.
