this has been the worse place i have EVER lived.. i have had a smell in my apartment since i moved in almost a year ago.... i ahve been on the phone for hours with ardent and called off work to be home and its still not fixed..the management is horrible, they take forever and pretty much have u fix ur own issues....i had someone show up on the schd time for maintance to fixed the issue and he told me sorry i cant work past my schd hours...really? that is the time it was schd for, called off work for that one...they said there isnt mold growing here, bc inthought maybe the smell was from mold, but hello so many reviews show that people have mold, this place is horrible..
the parking is awful, you cant get a spot...

i hate this place so much dont move in Anywhere that is owned by ARDENT...hopefully the new management is better... going to give it a try bc im so desprite
