Apartment Review for Prescott Place

Hi Everyone! I have lived at Prescott Place for almost a year and love it. I read some bad reviews and just wanted to let you know they were tied to the old property management company. The new company took over around April 2012. I did not have a bad experience with the old management group but I love the new group!!!

The new company is Dietz property group and they have been amazing! My roommate and I just renewed our lease and got a balcony view. They went out of their way to let us change our location early and renew our lease. Bryan (business manager) and Brooke (leasing manager) are such a joy to work with! They go over and above expectations to make their residents happy. They are very personable and helpful.

We love living here and all my neighbors I have talked to love living at Prescott Place too. I feel safe and it is a great convenient location!!
