Apartment Review for Raccoon Creek Apartments

This place is such a joke and rip off. The office staff is rude and unhelpful. The maintinance staff do not fix anything. And the condition of these apartments are horrible. When we moved in here in Feb 2009, the carpet had not been shampooed, it had stains all over it, the cabinet doors would not even close, both closet doors were broken, so was the patio door, the linolium in the kitchen had stains and burn marks all over it. No one even cleaned the aprtment. The noise in this palce is unbearable. From the very first day we moved in here, we had to call the police everyday. Sometimes even more than once a day to complain on the people who lived above us. They thumped and played music so loud, it knocked pictures of my walls. And it took the office over a month and a half to agree to do an inspection of their place. And the people from upstairs, fled this place the day before the inspection. Would you like to know why?? Because the 2 men that were on the lease, were letting illegal *people* stay with them. There was more than a dozen people up there. And the office blew it off. They treat the good tennants like crap. I cant forget about the corporate office people! They never call you back, they call you a liar and rush you off the phone. I would have rather stayed at my old apartment where there was drugs than have moved here.
