Apartment Review for Ravine Bluff

My husband and I were reeled in by the cheap rent and proximity to Westerville but I would never do it again! The managers are rude and not helpful at all. When we have maitenence problems it takes days to get a response and even longer to get the problem fixed. On New Year's Eve our neighbors, who had been drinking all day, came outside with their handguns and shot off round after round for over an hour. We called the police, who never even showed up, and when we talked to the landlord about it the next week they told us we were overreacting and they would take no action. Two days later we read in the newspaper that a woman in our neighborhood had been struck by a stray bullet falling from the sky that night. I don't think it's overreacting to be upset when multiple handguns are fired for long periods of time in such a crowded apartment area! Especially when they are so quick to "punish" you for other mistakes. For example, our dog escaped off her leash for about an hour one day. We were out with her the entire time, trying to catch her and bring her inside. The next day we received an eviction notice on our door. They didn't even call us! We were able to explain and work it out but we're planning on breaking out lease as soon as we find a better place to live. I don't want to live in a place where you can be evicted for a loose dog but it's totally cool for people to commit felonies. Save yourself the stress and AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
