Apartment Review for Ravine Bluff

The biggest mistake ever to sign away a year of your life to Ravine Bluff. Even as I'm typing there is a very strong burning smell coming from our furnace closet and our "24 hour emergency maintenance team" is not answering their phone. PW, the head manager has lied to us so many times that we don't even know what to believe anymore. They don't fix anything unless you call a million times and scream your head off about breaking your lease. We currently have a hole in our bedroom ceiling because the roof is leaking and it has been for over a month. Everytime it rains water pours into our bedroom. In the meantime there are squirrels living in the ceiling above us, making a ton of noise and I'm afraid they are going to come crashing down on us because of all the water damage. This place is so horrible to live in and we are moving because I don't want to bring my new baby home to such a dangerous living situation. Not worth it at all. You never get what your supposed to.
