Apartment Review for Ravine Bluff

for my next apartment/housing i will definitely look online for other reviews....

As the other posters have said, the model apartment is nothing like you will get, period. Everything is 'ghettor riged' during your trial period of 3 days to tell them all whats wrong. My closet doors constantly stays off track, the front door is so hard to get into, and the rubber part inside the door, always needs to be pushed in... in the winter time, you get a draft from the cold air. if you like long hot showers u can forget it... water stays hot at 10 minutes maxium. So my family and I have to space out our bathing time. So what does this mean when you do laundry...pretty much your clothes will be washed in 'cool' temperature.

My lease is ending soon, and i cant wait to leave this place.

i say if you are a bachelor/bachelorette and can live under 'normal' circumstances'... thin walls, no hot water, old appliances that hardly work.... then go ahead... but if you have a family and u are use to living under 'normal' living conditions, then Ravine is NOT the place for u
