Apartment Review for Ravine Bluff

The only good thing I can say about this apartment complex is that there's lots of parking and the *daytime* maintenance staff are wonderful guys.

Except I know they're awesome because of all the times I've had to call them! A/C not working right; refrigerator not working right and freezing food; garbage disposal broken that took 4 weeks to fix; a left over leak from the garbage disposal installation; stair railings not fixed quick enough.

The staff seem nice but are *liers* and a half. They will say anything to get you to move in here, then they screw you over as much as possible.

They're "pet friendly" but charge you way too much for a pet deposit and per month charge.

Do yourself a favor and do *NOT* move here. You'll regret it. I can't *wait* to move out.
