Not that bad ( over a year ago )

I live at Ravine Bluff now and really don't have much to complain about. As a matter of fact my lease is up this month and I'm signing on for another year. The maintenance is great. I have had to call them 3 times and they have been here within a half hour of my call and resolved the issues. My only complaint is the people who live here. They are dirty. They just throw trash any where. The apartments try to keep up with it and you don't see trash laying around for long but my gosh people! Have respect for the other people who live here. If you want to be trashy go to the ghetto! Plus the kids are thieves. My granddaughters bike and scooter was stolen from right next to my back door. These are not the problems created by the manager but by the people they trust to live here. The inside of the apartments could use an upgrade but for the rent I pay I can deal with being a little out dated.

I like this place but they are droping the ball on their dog waste program and parkong is poor.

Lived there for 3 years and I liked it. True, I could hear my upstairs neighbor when she was screaming at her little girl or when "entertaining" her male friends; unfortunately, most apartments are like that. PW and the office staff were always very accommodating to my requests. Sometimes maintenance didn't do a good job on the first try but it eventually got done. As another tenant said, maybe I'm not high enough maintenance but I had no problems when I lived there. The only reason I moved was 'cause I found a place where the rent included utilities and it was purely a financial reason.

We lived here for a little more than 2 years and the only reason why we are moving is because we need a place with a patio and another bathroom but we have to pay 200$ more in another place. The location is excellent and the price is very good, the space its great and well distributed but just remember that for that low price you may get low class neighbors, just read the other comments ;) I have no complaints but if you rent here try getting the second floor because if you are in the first like I am, you may be exposed to your neighbors loud steps.

This is the absolute worse place i have ever lived in, in my entire life. My family and I have lived here for 10 months and our lease is up in 2 months. We hate it here. Our stove does not shut and it never has. All the things were suppose to be fixed when in 3 days of our arrival and they still have not. Apartments are broken into regularly and when you call the office about it, they don't give a ****. A Columbus policeman told me that he hates this place because the office staff never wants to work with them as far as the safety goes. My neighbors are constantly loud and when i call the office, they say call the cops. that is their responsibility. And yes, all the good comments on here about this apartment complex are made by the staff. that is exactly why they are on the same day. if you value your life and your love ones don't move here.

I have lived at Ravine for 2 years and I am sorry to see the other reviews on this site. I think sometimes it is hard to balance location with price. I live on a fixed budget, as does my neighbor who has lived here for 6 years. We have a very quiet building and really nice neighbors around us. Dan and the guys have always taken good care of me if I have a problem- usually within a day. I see the people who treat this place like trash which is too bad because they are putting on new siding and all kinds of stuff. They need to go so I guess its a good thing they they move out and don't come back. I hope people who want a nice enough apartment with a good location and a good price. I think PW and the girls in the office are helpful and I have no problem with them. Maybe I am just not high maintenance enough but I like it here.

I have had nothing but issues since I moved in 6 months ago. I have a animal living in the above my ceiling since day one. My under my kitchen sink has been leaking since day one. Which the maintenance has been here three times to try and repair and has not been successful. My bathroom tub faucet took three times to repair. All the office staff does is lie and tell me anything to get off the phone or out of their face. Then when you try to explain the issue they want to cut me off or act like what I am saying is wrong. With the last heavy snow we had I had brown animal crap dripping down the outside of my unit all above my door and leaking in my bedroom window, all over my binds, shade, and curtain. The told me it was rusty water. The consistancy was not water.... and it had a order to it. After the wind storm back in Sept. I had a panel missing in my front awning. Which was open for like 5 months. They claimed they had to wait for insurance. Couldn't they at least put up a temporary cover- plastic, a tarp, or even a piece of cardboard? No they didn't do nothing until I threatened to put rent into escrow. I just wouldn't have my dog live here.

I have lived at Ravine for a long time now and all I can say is that they people writing the bad reviews must be causing the problems. No, this is not a brand new community, but the people who work here care about keeping it up and taking care of maintenance whenever I need it. When I moved in, I had a few things on my list but maintenance came right in and got them fixed the way I wanted. There is always a human on call even in the middle of the night if there is a problem, and yeah, if someone is breaking the rules, they get thrown out. Anyone who lives here should feel good that management takes good care of the people who pay their rent, take care of their place, and act respectful when they need something. I am happy that the rest have to go.

I have referred many people to live here. I get a bonus from the office and they always give me a nice deal to renew my lease. The price is good and the location is real convenient. I plan on staying a while.

i live here without a problem . according to what i have reviewed about where i live is a lie because if i had all the problems people claims occured ,i would not renewed my lease for another year, apparently they were not having any problems because if you read every this sight has to say it does not sound like they had any problems at all

It makes it tough when you have a complex that demands your banking account numbers and then feels free to take what they want out of your account. They will charge you for being early and will also say they delivered notices that seem to jump out of your mailbox. The actual apartment is not the model you will see so look your apartment over closely because you may not have a stove in your unit when you move in. I know we are not all perfect maybe I have been out of the rent industry too long but I feel that my family and I made a big mistake. Dont forget all of the Misc processing fees that they will gladly make you pay and if you refuse to pay them well it is too late they have your bank numbers

This apartment is you typical older apartment complex. There has been a few problems with things but the staff are quick to fix things and very courteous. These apartments are definitely worth the money if you dont mind not have all the amenities that a newer complex would have like a workout facility or pool. Other than that, its a decent place with a small price tag.
