Apartment Reviews for Runaway Bay - Columbus

MY wife and I have lived in RB for over a year and have enjoyed it thouroughly. Maintainance is quick and well done, and the office staff is professional and friendly. Parking is not problem if you don't mind walking 20-30 yards occasionally. We would recomend Runaway Bay.

Runaway Bay is overall a great place to live. Sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot close to your building. All the residents are friendly and the Maintenance is wonderful - has always been here the morning after I call. <P>

I love this place! My sis lives here and it's so beautiful! It even has a pool! You'll love this place! The only down side was I couldn't go to sleep when I wanted to!!! <P>

I love it here at Runaway Bay. There are many college and post college aged people living here, but it very quiet, much quieter than any other apartment complex where I have lived. They are STRICT when it comes to the parking pass, cars without resident or visitor passes will be towed. But the parking is plentiful. The community is very dog friendly and there are several residents with large dogs. There are people that won't pick up their dog's mess, but they are in the minority. <P>

Runaway Bay is perfect, very affordable, great location and the lake is fantastic for floating, boating, fishing or playing with your dog. I love living here, the staff is really nice and the maintenance staff is more than you could hope for. MOVE HERE!
