Apartment Review for Scioto Fairway Woods Apartments

you get what you pay for. these apartments are cheap, thats why i wanted to live here. but they are really old and in the winter these apartments let cold air inside so easily. the windows are extremely drafty so i window insulted my windows. but cold air still comes in so easily. even by the kitchen and bathroom cold air still manages to come in. So, if you live here, in the winter, your have to where jackets inside the apartment. In the summer, this apartment is fine. i would love this apartment if management would recognize this problem and installed new energy efficient windows or at least address the issue. these apartments are old and it will be a very cold winter!!!!!
