There is a train right behind the apartments (which really reminded me of what a trailer would be for the paper thin walls, low ceilings, and window heating/cooling unit) that blows its horn every day at 5AM!!!!!!!!!! The area is very sketchy with adult video stores just across the streeet and drug deals occuring in the parking lot of the used cars lot. The manager was very rude and demanded the entire unit be re-carpeted upon move out for "pet odor." There was approximately a 2 inch spot right by the door that could have been removed with a carpet cleaning. Instead, she charged me ~$500 to replace the entire unit's carpet, which was in immaculate condition. This was on top of paying pet rent $20 each month and pet deposit $200 and security deposit already!
