Apartment Review for Spring Creek

I don't live in these apartments, but my gf and children do. Let me tell you something, it is a sad, sad place. Let me start off by talking about Safety. The safety in the complex comes only after you have paid your rent. They finally hired a private security force who has informed the tenants not to call the police, unless it is an extreme condition. HAHA this makes me laugh. Seeing how I have witnessed, break-ins and drug deals in the parking lot and the security officer sat on his *** in his car doing nothing. Safe my ***, there was a shooting in the complex this summer and it was shrugged off.
As for parking, the lots are horribly placed with barely enough room to pull out after and only when you have found a parking space. On weekends it is almost better to park in one of the buisnesses and walk home seeing how there is no parking to be found. There are constant fender benders because of the lack of road width.
The appartments near the front look good and clean, but this summer as I walked the area, the farther back you get the worse the place looks. Tennis Courts in disrepair, Pools dirty and chipping, just general disrepair.
To my biggest issue, the office staff. The leasing agents are great, but the current leasing manager who is a blond ***** as we refer to her. She is more interested in watching tenants and telling them how to live and how to raise their children. My gf and I work weird and rotating schedules. We got home one night at 410pm and our daughters bus had come and dropped her off at 400pm. She sat in the office waitting for us, when I went to pick her up, the property manager, proceeded to tell me that we are horrible parents. Being that I don't live there I could not say anything to her. She then proceeded to tell my gf the same thing. We let it go, two days later we received a call from Children Services about a call from the property manager saying that we neglect our daughters. Now that this has all happened we are gonna break her lease and move. The issue I have with it is that I help her and pay her electric bill this will take me into my next point.
Maintenance seems eager to help, but completely stupid on what they know. She has a new refridge put in and they had to come out 4 times and work on the new fridge to get it right. The front door still takes a beating to unlock the door, even after 3 visits by those retards. The last time they told us nothing is wrong. The apartment also has a major issue with the windows. They are so old that every single one of them has a horrible draft. When you close a door (any door) it tends to fall off. The work in this place is horrible, but remember instead of getting it right, they are more interested in how we are with our kids. What a joke. As for noise, the walls are so thin, you can hear people talking in the apartment next to you, and if you get someone yelling you will hear every last word.

This complex is a joke and I can't beleive that they want to tell me and her how to run our lives, instead of worrying about and running the complex!

PLEASE, PLEASE don't be entrapped here. Women have been rapped, break ins, cars stollen, you can find a better place to live. HEAD ALL!!!!!!
