Pros, Staff seems nice to me, never been rude to. Maintenance responds when called.
Cons, Maintenance hands are tied by management and it is "duct tape" fix it you will call maintenance at-least once a month. Parking lot is full of giant pot holes, area is going down hill, gun shots not uncommon. You can hear your neighbors take a ****, flush, fight, and watch TV. If your neighbors smoke and you don't you will suffer and come home to a place that smells like a old grubby bar. Pet hair comes in through the vents. I am going to take over a grand loss just so I can get out of here before my year is up... I am sad here, I made a mistake.... I paid for it... don't make the same mistake. This place is out dated and needs a make over. I have lived in other apartments and not once had issues like I have had here.

Thank you for your review and to all the other people who are honest about how bad this place is. I never lived here, therefore, I cannot write a review so I am responding to this. If I were to give a review I would have given them the worst score ever, and that's saying something for someone who never even lived here. BUT, I did realize how horrible this place was a little too late. I did fill out an application, paid the $25 app fee & put down the $74 deposit 2 months before I needed to move in...BIG MISTAKE!! Since then, I found a nice 2 BR TH for the same price that Spring Creek was asking for a 1 BR Garden....RIDICULOUS!!! So I went to the office to tell them I wasn't going to move in and asked for my deposit back but they said they wouldn't give it to me. I understand the $25 app fee being non-refundable...that's a given everywhere....but never heard of the security deposit being non-refundable if you don't even live in the apartment! So, I've lost $99 to them but at least I won't have the headache and hassle of living in such a crappy place. And at first they wouldn't tell me why they wouldn't give me my deposit back, they just gave me the runaround for 2 weeks before finally I threatened to get my attorney involved that they finally said it was because when I signed the application it stated the deposit would not be returned upon approval. If they just told me that in the first place I wouldn't have taken it so far! I'm sorry for all the problems you endured here but hopefully this review will make people think twice about living here and giving them any money.
