I live with my roommate and we love it. Very quiet, and safe. I love seeing people walking dogs and running around the lake. I do not live near the lake so maybe that is why I dont have spiders or rodents. Thats scary! but my apartment is very clean. It is expensive but worth it.

I lived here for two years, and enjoyed every minute of it. The lake views are great, fitness center is very convenient, pools are well maintained, interior is modern, parking plentiful, and it's perfectly safe to go for a walk around the lake even at midnight. I'm not sure why so many people here are complaining. Sure, there's a train nearby and it trumbles by once a day in the afternoon for 20 minutes -- big deal. Every maintenance request I've placed was answered within a day, and that was only to replace the track lighbulbs. I love the quiet here, even though you're still a 10 minute ride into Columbus and even less to the shops along Grandview Ave. It was well worth the few hundred bucks extra a month to stay here compared to other places nearby. <P>
