Apartment Review for The Reserve At Sharon Woods

I'm currently in my second year here, simply because I didn't want to move. I really regret not leaving when I had the chance. For the first six months there was literally no maintenance whatsoever. Then the property changed owners and it got a little better, but not much, and the prices also went up a lot. It's definately not worth it no matter how you look at it. It is usually pretty quiet, except for sirens all the time because there's a fire station down the street a couple blocks. There's always trash laying around and there's never anyone at the office when they're supposed to be -- and forget about using the phone or e-mail, because they don't answer the phone (or call back) and they don't seem to even check their e-mail, let alone reply. Up until a few months ago they wouldn't even give you receipts or fill out work orders! In the 1 1/2 years I've been here so far, I've lost count of the different managers we've had -- I'm guessing 6 -- and each new one said "things are going to change" but nothing ever has. DO NOT COME HERE NO MATTER WHAT! <P>
