I live in thurber gate and the new mgmt is great Jean is a lovely laady and she's doing her best to make up for all the pass problems she has been stuck fixing.

When I first moved in I was happy about how much space you get for the price of a 2 bedroom. Even though it does need some cosmetic work, overall I would recommend this apartment complex. The neighbors are very friendly and we have a good time ;).

Those of us who live in Thurber Gate enjoy socializing with each other. The dog people meet in the court yard and watch their furry friends romp and play. Last year mgmt. had a pool party for the dogs, complete with doggie treats and a photographer!
The units are old and need updating. But the price is reasonable and the neighborhood is excellent.
The handymen are over worked but very friendly.
I recommend this complex if you like to swim, play volleyball, have a pet and like to kick back with neighbors.
