Apartment Reviews for University Apartments - Columbus

New office management and maintenance staff that is GREAT!! Seems quite a bit of updating/remodeling is happening already this summer (including the Office). Jim is MUCH nicer than Justin (the old Manager) and Kristine is always happy to greet you in the office. Maintenance is always fixed the same day. I'm pretty sure that most of their properties are all within walking distance to campus, which is what everyone is looking for! They are campus housing so it's not the Ritz Carlton that the other reviews were apprently expecting. I referred a friend and was told that they are on a wait list. So must not be too bad!
