I have lived at Wexford for more than two years now. I have to say that paying a litle more for rint makes all the diffence. Its a little pricey for only two bedrooms and one bath, but you cant beat the beautiful lake view. I have never had a problem with parking or neighbors. I really enjoy living here if only they had two bathrooms instead of one. <P>

We have never had any kind of problem here. Our few maintenance concerns have been addressed quickly, all but one the same day. The office staff is really nice, Dayna, the manager, is the best we've ever had, and Rebecca and Pat are always friendly and helpful. We've actually had to transfer from a one to a two bedroom very quickly due to a family situation, and the entire process was quick and easy. <P>
Parking is never an issue here, we don't hear the neighbors too very often, the pool and weight room aren't ever really busy. We love the florplans, the kitchens in the gardens are huge with lots of storage. Another plus is the securtiy of the place, I feel safe, even at night, which is hard to find in Columbus. Easy access to the freeways, Meijer, Walmart, Giant Eagle, and Kroger are just down the road. Overall, it's a wonderful place to live and we feel lucky that we found it! <P>

I have really enjoyed living in my apartment and would recommend this complex to anyone. The office staff is friendly and helpful and overall, the other residents that live here are pretty friendly as well. For the price, you won't find any other complex in the general area that has the service and beautiful grounds that Wexford Lakes provides! <P>

I really like my apartment. I had a few issues and difficulties when I first moved in but there have been some changes and the current office staff is always cheerful and willing to address my needs. The maintenance guys are nice and quickly fix things when needed. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained....lots of grass, mature trees, and great lake views! Although the property is 15 years old the buildings are well maintained even though the interiors lack some aspects of newer/more upscale complexes. My apartment is very spacious and has the best kitchen I've ever had in an apartment. The price is a little higher than other complexes in the area but I think it's worth it! I would recommed Wexford Lakes! <P>
