the new management co. doesn't take the sec. dep. when i transfered apts within the complex with windsor, they charged me out the a*s! Sentinel the new management co., didn't do that to me when i moved out of the complex in may '05. i got my full refund back. windsor sucks, but gardens is really cool. i recommend them now with the new management co. <P>
