Residents have a bunch of eat-out options on East 5th Street, from Franco’s Ristorante Italiano to Dublin Pub. Renter reviews loved the convenience the location afforded and the economical prices, but disapproved of the rent increases and the way the utilities were handled.

Tenants have been quite pleased with their time at Washington Park, as reflected by reviews. The units are spacious and management/maintenance have been very helpful.

Prior reviews were more favorable, as tenants feel new management allowed the quality of the apartments to deteriorate. Parking and noise are the only complaints reviewers have really had. Many reviews have been quite positive, describing the complex as nothing too fancy, but a great choice for the price.
