The Courtyards are situated on East Stroop Road, just off of Interstate 675 and directly adjacent to a large shopping center. At the shopping center, residents can find a variety of establishments, such as Wendy’s, J. Jill, Journeys, Panera, The Wine Loft, Books and Company, Chipotle, Mimi’s Café, and Noodles & Company. Several reviews complain that getting things fixed can be difficult. Bed bugs have also been a problem at the apartment complex. Northland Village Apartments is nestled in a bustling neighborhood that is filled with excellent amenities. Just down the road is the Dixie Twin Drive-In Theater and minutes away is the Wegerzyn Gardens Metro Park that offers children's activities at the horticultural center. Those looking for golfing greens will be happy to find Kitty Hawk Golf Course and Miami Valley Golf Club, both in close proximity. Grocers are also a quick walk away with I-Zu Japanese Restaurant & Grocery, Kroger, and Amir Market nearly at the door of the community. Located on Woolery Lane, Garden Wood Apartments is a short trip from Interstate 70, so commuting is no big thing. Reviews of the complex make things sound pretty uneventful. The place is reviewed as being peaceful and quiet, and staff is responsive and friendly whenever tenants have an issue or need a repair.
