The Courtyards are situated on East Stroop Road, just off of Interstate 675 and directly adjacent to a large shopping center. At the shopping center, residents can find a variety of establishments, such as Wendy’s, J. Jill, Journeys, Panera, The Wine Loft, Books and Company, Chipotle, Mimi’s Café, and Noodles & Company. Several reviews complain that getting things fixed can be difficult. Bed bugs have also been a problem at the apartment complex. Highland Park is located on East Dorothy Lane, right next to Delco Park. Nearby are a number of fine establishment tenants may decide to patronize, including Big Lots, Sonic Drive-In, St. Francis Thrift Store, Diplomat Lounge, China Buffet, Chop Suey Carry Out, Burger King, and CVS Pharmacy, just to name a few. Tenant reviewers have described Highland Park as a great price for the location. Some reviews have complained of crime in the neighborhood, but the staff seems responsive to resident’s concerns. Stonebridge is on Stonecastle Drive, right near Interstate 675, so commuting from Stonebridge is a cinch. Nearby is a plethora of shopping and dining to be had, including Sake Japanese, El Toro Bar & Grill, Burger King, Adobe Gila’s, Sure Shots, and Kettering Italian Oven. A number of reviews complain of loud music and rowdy tenants. But, the units themselves sound satisfactory, and no complaints about maintenance have been logged. Cloud Park is situated out in Huber Heights, close to Wright Air Force Base. Route 4 is right down the way, so commuting into Dayton shouldn’t be too much of a problem. Residents are lucky to have a wonderful park right across the street, Thomas A. Cloud Memorial Park. Kroger, Godfather’s Pizza, Sonic, Royal Wok, Wright-Patt Credit Union, and GNC are all right outside the apartment complex--it doesn’t get more convenient than this. There are some reviews which decry the maintenance staff for being unresponsive. But, others have had nothing but positive experiences at Cloud Park. Read all reviews...

Whitesell is on Wilmington Avenue, close to downtown and the University of Dayton. The location affords residents with access to countless retail and shopping options, such as Chicago’s Gyros & Dogs, Subway, Radio Shack, Papa John’s Pizza, Domino’s Pizza, and a bunch of others. Some reviewers have complained that maintenance can take their time when responding to calls. But, for student housing this may be a satisfactory living situation. Read all reviews...

The Woods of Centerville sits on Meeting House Road, just off of Interstate 275. Residents can be comforted by the fact that the premises are just down the street from Miami Valley Hospital. In addition to the hospital, there are many restaurants and shops nearby for tenants to visit, such as Burger King, Walmart, Applebee’s, Gamestop, Staples, Subway, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Walgreen's, and Kroger.
