Parking: could be better. There are always non tenants parking here.
Management and repairs: It depends on the problem. Usually there pretty good.
What they don't tell you. It's in a wooded area. You're going to deal with pests of all kinds, inside and out.
Rent is decent and roominess is fair. If not for the pest, I'd suggest this place to others.
