Review for Dayton Towers Apartments

This building is great! The management staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the maintenance staff respond to emergencies very quickly (and non-emergencies usually by the next day), and the common areas are kept very clean (For example they shampooed all the hallway carpets on every floor just the other day, which they do about once a year).

The view is wonderful from the top floors, the back side has a fab view of downtown, and the front side has a bucolic view of St. Anne's Hill. Yo don't really feel like that are living in the city center being so high.

The the biggest negatives to me are the parking lot is in bad shape (but I saw people surveying it and the office has told me that they are going to be resurfacing it, so yay) and that some of the appliances are very old.
