Review for Eagle Ridge Community Apartments

Management is helpful but not willing to work on pricing with existing residents. The staff isn't overly friendly and the maintenance men are helpful (but not always timely). The location is wonderful and the community is quiet. They offer a small pool and the weight room equipment is old. There is a good cross-section of ages and families.
