Review for First Place Apartments

I've read some of the other reviews on this building and frankly don't understand it...I have friends that live there and they love it... I'm going to move there myself when I move there from Cinti in six months.....my friends have told me about some people who have had bad experiences, for whatever reason, one in particular, because they tried to get out of their lease early to buy a house...I mean hello??? IT's a lease??? I think it's great, there's a whole lot of buzz going on downtown and First Place in my opinion is top shelf! I love the pool area, the gym and how close it is to everything...also, the people that live there are incredibly friendly...the manager was fun and willing to work with me on my time frame and I love the fact that security was there...
