This one of the worst run apartments ever. Expect every issue, big and small, to be either never taken care of or done half-assed. The residents have no respect for those around them. From loud music to shouting matches, peace is nowhere to be found. People let their dogs mess anywhere and just leave it for you to step in. The office employees will often lie or deceive to get you to rent or to get you off their back about issues. My apartment was never painted, carpets never cleaned and complaints blown off. Don't expect any help form The Connor Group (land group that owns the property) either. They send any complaints to a customer service "hotline" that takes two days to get to. After they finally get to it, they send it to the office at the property, meaning you are back to dealing with the office.
