Recently moved from Red Deer Apartments


Monthly rent goes up automatic each year: additonal $20.00 - $40.00 when lease is renewed. Still have to pay water bill/insurance


Security: Bad lighting between buildings, walk ways, closed to wooded areas, didn't always feel safe.


Beware of all Equity Management properties, read the fine print.
