I agree with the first review. The model I was shown had some flaws but nothing like the one I moved into. The biggest problem is the insulation. I saw my electric bill go from 90.00 with the air on all the time, to 182.00 each winter month and some of those months we didn't even turn the heat past 65 degrees! All I got were excuses. It should have dawned on me that all the neighbors had thick plastic around their windows in the fall. The apartments are way, way over priced. The second, is the damn geese. The complex does nothing but tell us not to feed them. Plus, with the combination of dogs, don't even think about walking in the grass, you'll be ankle deep in crap. Unless you really need to live in the area take a look around, so you don't get suckered like I did.
