This place is managed by people that seem very friendly, until something goes wrong, then they think you are being annoying, but things go wrong in apartments and that is just the way it is. Diane is the actual 'manager' and she is very snobby, everyone there seems to talk down to you. Sandy is post menopausal and very moody, she is hyper and always seems to be ignoring you when you talk. Zoey (there on weekends) is a little flighty as well and does not seem to be with everyone else on this planet. The neighborhood has a peeper that has been there for nine years without ever being caught for whatever reason, they really could use a paid security officer to watch for this man that loves to peer right in the shower windows, he even went so far as to put a chair outside the front window of a woman's apartment, he has still not been caught - just know that he is lerking. Now on the upside for the most part the grounds are well manicured and pretty, the grass is mowed and treated regularly, and in the spring flowers are planted. The neighborhood has it's good and bad people as all neighborhoods do just hope that you are not around the noisey ones. There are two big good factors at this place - 1) The people are nice considering it is Dayton, and 2) The outside looks nice. Maintenance is good as long as you make sure to bother them a couple times if something is not done within a week or two. I would mostly reccomend this place but there are some things that should be changed.
