Requested radiator in my newborn son's room fixed SEVERAL times, and it was never fixed. I had to keep that room closed off because it was like a freezer. The carpet had stains on it at move in, and I was charged for the stains that was already on the carpet when I moved out. Kept my security deposit and demanded additional money.
