I am a current resident at Sycamore Square and I am quite content here. This was not my initial feeling when I moved in 6 months ago. Since my moving in, a new manager has taken over the complex (she began in November 2006). The new manager, Elizabeth, has been NOTHING BUT WONDERFUL. She is professional, cheerful, and very accomodating. Her attitude alone has seemed to change the attitude of those under her (i.e. maintenance and assistant managers). This change in management has made me want to extend my stay here. The property is kept up very well and whenever I have had a problem the maintenance men have come running. The apartment I rent is in EXCELLENT condition and I feel as though I am getting quite a bit for my money. The crowd is mixed (law students, young professionals, elders) but the place seems to be pretty quiet. Ultimately, I would recommend this complex for renting- It is clean, quite, and pet friendly. I feel safe and confident that if I felt any other way, the problem would be rectified.
