I have lived in the Knolls for 3 Years now. At first it was wonderful but this year i've had some maintenance issues come about and it turned all bad. I was without an oven for 1 month, without my dishwasher for 2 months and without air conditioning 3 times this year and am without it now because they refuse to fix the real issue so i quit calling. i cannot wait until december when my lease is up i am so out of here!!! SHABBY maintenance and lame office staff make this a no win situation if you ever need anything!
